How we work
A clear brief, an agreed scope and work in your formats. Here is how briefing, time zones and confidentiality work in practice.
// 01 Getting started
Four steps
- Brief. Send the documents and tell us what you need back, and by when.
- Scope. We confirm the scope, deliverables, turnaround and price before any work begins.
- Deliver. The work is prepared in your formats and reviewed before it leaves us.
- Continue. Stay with a single job, or keep us on as a standing part of your commercial team.
If something in the documents is unclear, we raise a query instead of guessing.
// 02 Time zones
The time difference, honestly
South African clients: we work your hours. Australian clients: South Africa (SAST, UTC+2) doesn't use daylight saving. When it's 8:00 am in South Africa:

Daylight saving in NSW, VIC, ACT, TAS and SA runs from 4 Oct 2026 to 4 Apr 2027.
Our working day runs while Australia sleeps, so progress on your work is ready to review before your morning coffee. It isn't a round-the-clock service, and the overlap with the east-coast working day is short, so we book calls in the Australian afternoon (South African morning).

One point of contact
- One conversation and one owner for the work, familiar with Australian and South African contracts and terminology.
- Email and Teams, or whatever you already use. A short brief at the start, and agreed deliverables and turnaround for each job.
- Work comes back in your templates and formats. For partner firms, under your name if you prefer.
// 04 Security & confidentiality
Your pricing stays yours
- We work in your systems where possible: your SharePoint or Teams, your P6 or tender portal logins.
- Tender pricing and subcontractor quotes are kept confidential. We never share one client's pricing with another.
- Clients are not named without their permission.
- We'll sign your NDA on request.
We don't claim certifications we don't hold. Ask us anything about how your data is handled.
